My work in product development and marketing with author John Eldredge has increased my interest and ability to provide clients with packaging design and copy writing for their own self-published products. I gather feedback from bookstores, ministries, and potential buyers to see if the images we convey and the products we offer are attractive and intriguing to potential buyers. I work with a manufacturer who converts the artwork and content into attractive products.

Freelance Writing and Editing

Writing is a passion, and I write anything from marketing copy to press materials to portions of a book manuscript. I also edit book proposals, manuscripts, and promotional materials for authors and companies. I have written for Christian magazines, country music magazines, record companies, newspapers, and publishers. I wrote columns, music reviews, and articles for a number of years before going into full-time publicity and agent work.

Marketing Consultation

I offer some of the most effective ways to promote a message using proven methods. Having worked as a Marketing Director at Thomas Nelson Publishers, I have developed and executed marketing plans for hundreds of books. I want to offer value in the areas of creativity and research. I've created advertising and merchandising plans to help get an author's message to consumers. I help clients write marketing plans and try to provide "off the wall" ideas that allow their message to stand out from others.
